My search with other dealerships had gone on for more than four months, and much to my surprise, Alejandro called me within 24 hours with great news! He had found my dream truck. I immediately drove to the dealership and met with Alejandro to make the purchase and thank him for his hard work and dedication to his job and his customers. Puts politics over customer experience and safety. George in maintenance refused to put on a mask after I notified him that the mandate was still in effect. I shared that my wife died because people were not taking the COVID pandemic seriously. George tried to start an argument with me and extended a 1.5 hour appointment to 3 hours. Left a voicemail for David, manager, about Geroge's tantrum and I have not heard back. They seem to allow their personal politics to disrupt their ability to follow the law and even care about their customers. I will be fully utilizing the remaining services I have paid for, but will be purchasing future vehicles from another dealership and possibly a different manufacturer. 33 and will likely need a work truck for the farm, a larger vehicle for transporting groups of people, and will definitely replace my rav4 with an all electric version after existing coverage/warranties expire. Staff succumbing to what is looking to be a treasonous political movement have most definitely lost the dealership ~150k in sales. I am a non-affiliated/independent politically and just want to not be messed with when receiving services that I paid for. I will be advising friends, family, and co-workers who are looking for a car to avoid royal moore and reconsider Toyota as a whole. More
