Staff were pleasant and professional. They made you feel like a person and not a number. We expressed our serious interest in an in-transit 2022 Highlander Hybrid Platinum in moon dust w/black interior and were contacted via email by Jessica Chumbley. We informed her that we would be going thr Highlander Hybrid Platinum in moon dust w/black interior and were contacted via email by Jessica Chumbley. We informed her that we would be going through the Costco Auto Program and asked for the Costco Member Price sheet. After a few days of not hearing from her, I followed up with her and she wrote back saying she was waiting for her manager to get the price sheet, then later told us that they were not using the Costco Auto Program on 2022 RAV4 Hybrid Limiteds. I immediately wrote back reminding her that we were interested in the Highlander, not the RAV4. She replied apologizing for the mistake and let us know she would get the price sheet for our requested vehicle. After a few days, I followed up again and she told me that Angela Iem had emailed the price sheet (she had, it went to my Spam folder). So we contacted Angela with a couple of questions before putting down a deposit to reserve it. Next thing I know, both Angela and Jessica informed us that someone JUST reserved it. This was extremely frustrating as we had even mentioned to Jessica that we were concerned the delays were going to cause us to lose out on our dream vehicle. Needless to say, Royal Moore lost a customer. More

What can I say, I went in stressed about my car and Sung Park made my day! Not only was he able to find a perfect car for me as a trade in, but he also gave me an incredible deal!
