Scott Jonassen was amazing to work with. He was diligent and helpful in me securing my new car. I was disappointed with the Financing situation - Scott had papers 95% completed when I arrive He was diligent and helpful in me securing my new car. I was disappointed with the Financing situation - Scott had papers 95% completed when I arrived so we moved through those quickly. After that, we had to wait 45 minutes before the Financing person was ready. On top of that, there were multiple times they asked me to pay an incorrect number and I had to correct them. Would HIGHLY recommend Scott and Royal Moore, just make sure to take a close look at the dollars. More
