Our sales rep, Angela, was great. Highly recommend. The service department great. Highly recommend. Parts team is also great. Highly recommend. Nick and the finance team, not so much! We all know service department great. Highly recommend. Parts team is also great. Highly recommend. Nick and the finance team, not so much! We all know dealers need to make money...and we are pretty much OK with that. However, Nick insisted on putting unwanted extras on the car...at outrageous prices. We price checked and found that other dealers in the area don't require these extras, and if they put them on the vehicle, they would do so for about HALF the price. Sadly, the other dealerships didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted. And Nick knew that. Eventually, he offered to give a voucher for a nice dinner out...ummm...except he never sent it as promised. On top of that, 3 months later they have called us for information (we had already provided) that they needed to claim a loyalty rebate from Toyota. Upon mentioning the "lost" dinner voucher, we get more promised future. "If you give me the info I need, I will send the vouchers"...pinky swear. Once duped, shame on you. Twice, shame on me. No thanks. Will use another dealership from now on. More
