SERVICE THERE FOR OVER THREE YEARS. WHEN MY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ENDED. I DECIDED TO TAKE MY 2016 SUBARU TO MEINEKE THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR THERE SAID MY SUBARU WAS WAY OUT OF ALIME WHEN MY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ENDED. I DECIDED TO TAKE MY 2016 SUBARU TO MEINEKE THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR THERE SAID MY SUBARU WAS WAY OUT OF ALIMENT. I SAID TO HIM HOW COULD THAT BE I HAVE BEEN TAKEN IT TO ROYAL MMOORE SUBARU FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND I HAVE ALL THE MAINTENANCE DOCUMENTATION AND THE SERVICE CENTER NEVER SAID THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG. I CALLED JEFF THE SERVICE MANGER AND HE ASK ME TO BRING THE CAR AND PAPER WORK OUT SO HE COULD CHECK IT THAT WAS A WAIST OF TIME HE DID NOT AGREE WITH THE FINDINGS. I SAID OF COURSE YOU DON'T IT'S JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER THEY RIPED OFF. More
Beware of their service department Apparently they tend to take advantage of less than knowledgeable customers. My 78 year old mother in law took her 2008 Legacy in for it's normal serv Apparently they tend to take advantage of less than knowledgeable customers. My 78 year old mother in law took her 2008 Legacy in for it's normal service at 120,000 miles. She had no complaints with the vehicle, she just knew it had reached the requisite mileage. She ended up with a $2500 service bill for a car that's not even worth $1500. Some service adviser just made his month. More
Lazy and ignorant of issues I bought a car with several safety feature, drive train, and infotainment issues. Was told 2 and half week wait to get the vehicle in, so I had to raise that issue with my sales guy. (that's another story). Service manager said bring it in. Service advisor said he knew about some issues but others would need to be addressed. After almost a week, I get a call saying essentially that "Sorry, but this is just how the car is." What, unsafe and most likely unreliable? I bet I could go to another dealer and find out that why yes, this car has several defects. Never again for Royal Moore, you've lost my business after 2 car sales. More
Lack of follow through and taking responsibility I came in for an oil change and scheduled service. Was told that I needed new tired and parts were bald. My car has 20,000 miles and I bought it there I came in for an oil change and scheduled service. Was told that I needed new tired and parts were bald. My car has 20,000 miles and I bought it there less than 2 years ago. During my last service, the tires were rated 10’s and 9’s. The Asst manager said he would get back to me with a cost for tires. Never did. I called and let him know that I bought new tires as we were heading on a long road trip to Canada within the week. i let him know that he overcharged me and that the tires were never rotated in any of the services. He apologized and said he would send me a check. The head manager called and I voiced my concerns and he said he would get back to me in a few days after reviewing my file. No check. No phone call. Therefore, I will NOT buy my next Subaru which I will do within 6-9 months from Royal Moore. Service is everything after the sale. The sales person, Brandon, was great to deal with. If there is no support after the sale, it is not the place to buy a car. More

Very shady The purchase was OK, no negotiations, they have a one price kind of deal. Price was fair though. Took it in for my first service though and was told that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire, that the tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced right away. Very insistent that I get it replaced right away. I get all my tire work done at a tire store near there and took it there instead. I was all prepared to buy a new tire but when I took it in to my tire shop they laughed. They took me outside and showed me a screw that was in the tread, no where near the sidewall. They said it was a very easy repair, which they did in a few minutes for free. Concerned, I went back to Royal Moore Subaru to let the Manager know what happened as I felt sort of ripped off. First, I was told that there are no General Managers at Royal Moore, everyone is,pretty much left on their own. I was told that the only manager was the owner and that the owner didn't show up around there much. I was told there was no service manager but there was a guy who was sort of in charge of service and I could talk to him. Really, I don't make this up, that is exactly what I was told. So this guy comes out and says hi. He doesn't have an office or anything so we have to talk in the showroom. I tell him what happened. He,says it's not their fault because they are not a tire shop and can't fix all tire repairs and then he tells me that he is sure that the nail was "very close" to the sidewall, even though he never saw it. So I just gave up and left once I understood that no one there cared at all. More
