We purchased a 2017 Outback at Royal Moore almost 3 years ago. That experience was outstanding - unlike any other dealership. Even so, where they really stand apart is in the service department. I cannot even put into words how much we appreciate the exceptional treatment we have always received from Royal Moore, and in particular from Sacramento Torres. He has been so helpful, friendly, informative, and honest with us in every dealing we have had with him. We are in such good hands with Sacramento as our service advisor and he makes the 3 hr round trip drive worth it. We choose to go back to Royal Moore, even though there is a local dealer in Longview just minutes away from our home. Sacramento is that reason. More

Impressed .. I arrived a little early, but service personnel could accommodate me immediately. Service took longer than estimated, but that is because of my goof-u I arrived a little early, but service personnel could accommodate me immediately. Service took longer than estimated, but that is because of my goof-up. I hit the curb rather hard with the right front tire a few weeks ago and the (much needed) alignment took additional time. However, I am glad they spent the extra time getting it right. Didn't mind waiting the extra time. I was very satisfied with the cost as well. More
Excellent service I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment. When I pulled in the parking lot, Sacramento met be at my car - before I even got out! He gave me a tour of the new facilities and showed me the new Waiting Room area. He told me how long it would take for the work to be done and the work done a little over half the time! And the price was about 2/3 what I was quoted! Very nice surprise indeed! More

Great problem solving! I've had such great experiences with this dealership and service center over the past 8 years. Most recently I had a weird problem with my sound syste I've had such great experiences with this dealership and service center over the past 8 years. Most recently I had a weird problem with my sound system, and Mr. Sacramento Torres did me a solid by problem-solving the situation and getting me back to listening to great beats again. Last month I had regular tune up there, and they did a thorough job there too. I recommend these folks to everyone I know - Mr. Torres and crew are fast, focused, efficient and friendly, and their fees don't break the bank. I trust them for all the service I need on my rig.
