Always a pleasant experience. Just wish we weren't 70 miles from dealership, so we could visit more often. Love the new and improved showroom/lobby/service buildings. A class act. I purchased new tires through the dealership. I was told that someone would call to confirm that they’d arrived, and that did not happen. Customer service in the service center was positive, friendly, and effective, thank you. I mildly irritated that an alignment is not part of the cost when a set of tires are purchased. Don’t new tires NEED to be aligned? Make it part of the cost, please! More
