Having to travel a distance to the dealership he reminded me of all the information I would need to make the transaction go smoothly without wasting a trip. Once meeting him is person he is good natured and only needed to hear "no" one time per question without trying to be the stereo typical "salesmen" and convince you this was needed. Thank you Greg! Greg Bristow at Rpyal Moore Subaru was great! I wanted to get a new Forester specifically because I wanted the new safety features, and I wanted them all. Other dealers told me that they did not I wanted to get a new Forester specifically because I wanted the new safety features, and I wanted them all. Other dealers told me that they did not get cars which had all that I wanted. Only Greg suggested that I get a factory direct Forester because that way I could get exactly what I wanted on it. None of the other dealers made that offer, and at least one told me that Subaru doesn't do factory direct. Greg explained all the available features and took the time to be sure I understood all of them. He did not pressure me in any way, but let me go at my own speed (which is slow). The price I got the car for is about the same price I was quoted by another dealer, but the difference was that I didn't understand all that was available, and the price quoted was for a Forester that just had the basics. I got full Blue Book value on my trade-in, even though there were some problems with it. I was really pleased with that, Everyone I had contact with at Royal Moore Subaru were friendly and efficient. And they took the time to be sure I understood everything. I am so pleased that Greg suggested a factory direct purchase. I have all the accessories I wanted, very important to me. Ands the color and interior I wanted., which is a plus. More
