First time Subaru purchase We were walk ins, thinking about purchasing a completely different type of car. We took one look at the legacy and wanted to drive it. Jeff Anderson was working on another project but stopped what he was doing and offered assistance when everyone else was busy. I'm glad he did! It was the most extensive test drive we've ever been on, he covered everything! We needed to wait for about two weeks to make the purchase but Jeff was not pushy. He reached out once to check on our status and told us to give him a call when we were ready. He came in on his day off when we were ready and helped us finish the deal. The rest of the staff was low pressure, offering us additional items but not badgering us to buy them. I feel we received a very competitive price. The car is equipped well beyond the price, we love it!! In closing, while we were waiting to make the purchase I was surfing the web and had many other dealers reach out to us with a similar price but we chose to go back to Jeff and royal Moore because of how Jeff had treated us. They call Jeff Mr Subaru at Royal Moore and he certainly earns that title. If you want to really know all about a car and are interested in a Subaru, pay a visit to Jeff, you'll be glad you did! More

I had a couple colors in mind, and he even helped me narrow it down. On our test drive, he got me familiar with all the amazing features, and took the time to talk about the safety, as well as give me a comprehensive rundown of what was under the hood! After getting back to the dealership, we were presented with our different options for pricing and warranty. Then Jason Flaherty finished with our financing. The whole experience was great, and it was the least time I've ever spent in a dealership buying a car. I already love my new car, and I appreciate the time and effort spent! More

Daniel and Brian were great and did everything to make me feel comfortable even if it was moving to another desk to hover over a small heater because I was cold. :) Daniel went above and beyond to find me my car and was quick to get it to the lot from a different state. The reason I gave a four star is because we worked with Don briefly and during our time with him Don had to get up and help another customer and was called to the bosses office and we didn't feel that was great customer service leaving his customers waiting at his desk. More

First Subaru and Happy with the car buying experience. Tim did a great job of explaining the differences between the vehicles they sell. He did not seem put off when we told him we were shopping across several brands of cars and were still shopping around. there seemed to be no high pressure sales tricks. Instead he focused on what made Subaru a good car. which I appreciated letting the vehicle sell it self. Well after two days of shopping we end back at Royal Moore i used the car buying site though my job so there was no hassling over the price and I was very happy with it. From my research online we paid just below the average of what Outbacks usually sell for. Would defiantly buy another car from them. More
Looking for a Used Forester. But! Guess what? To be honest, my Wife and I never look forward to dealing with Car Sale Persons! Wife and I were looking for a used Forester (both of us are retired) To be honest, my Wife and I never look forward to dealing with Car Sale Persons! Wife and I were looking for a used Forester (both of us are retired), with reasonable low mileage and at a particular price for a specific year range. Dan Beaupain showed us what they had, answered our questions as to the used model(s), and as we test drove one answered our questions as well as pointed out some of the features of the vehicle. All through this my Wife and I didn't feel pressured by Dan into deterring us to look at other models at higher prices, as he was showing us what we wanted to see for the price we had in mind, period! When we sat down to talk about the price and other particulars, then Yes, the old need to talk to my manager about this! Okay, here we go, same old same old, right? Wrong! Daniel Chumbley (Sales Mgr) came over, introduced himself and showed us two info sheets. One with the lowest price they could offer for the Used, and another for the lowest price they could offer on a new 2017 model with no hidden fees after the fact, $ amount shown is what it was! Again, No pressure from Daniel , answered some questions we had about the new vehicle and after my Wife and I taking that night to talk about the offer(s). Well, we either take a Used 2015 Forester, As-Is.., 35,000 miles, and other used qualities, Or take door 2 with new 2017 Forester with new car smell for just a little more $$ but really not that much more then what we would have paid for the Used! All in All, Wife and I felt no pressure during the transactions from either Dan or Daniel, and even Karen Wood the Lady that does the paper work who is "bullet proof" didn't try and pressure us to purchase extra add-on-services\warranties that we didn't want, although she is required to ask, but if you say No, then that is as far as it goes! I'm giving these folks this awesome review cause of the No pressure attitude, Take your time to make a decision on offer, Questions answered in a prompt and if question not known Dan would say so and try and find out, and the most important one is the People Skills these folks showed, which I have not seen in past car sales persons we have dealt with! If you who are reading this don't know what people skills are, then obviously you don't have any and I would hate to work for you, or work with you! More
