No pressure. Good price on new car and trade I came in to service my 2013 Outback that we bought new from Royal Moore.. I looked around and decided to ask about a new Outback as we wanted some of the new features. Daniel Chumbley was very helpful and informed me that if we bought a 2017 instead of a 2018 we would get a great discount.and it was. I brought up the 2013 trade and got a very good offer. He did not try to pressure me at all. After calling and asking about different cars he still gave me a great price on all.. I wanted to bring in my husband on Sunday and found Daniel wouldn't be there but said he would get all the paper work to Don Lilly. I had a couple of days to research the pricing. My husband said I bet that we'll be starting over when we get there. I was pretty confident that things would go smoothly. We came in and we had no hassles. Don Lilly put us in contact with Dan Beaupain. We test drove the one we wanted.and he went over all the features. He knew the cars features and could explain. them. My husband was surprised how there was no pressure and no changes of prices on either the new outback or the trade. We finalized the deal with the business manager Karen Wood. No pressure there. We recommend Royal Moore and will buy other cars from them. Judy More

I appreciated the way they presented all the options and features without trying to up-sell any - there was never pressure to get anything more than what we wanted or came for. He worked with us around the disability issue, making it a pleasant experience instead of grueling or torturous. Jason Flaherty did an excellent job on explaining our (pre-approved) loan through First Tech, making sure we dotted i's and crossed t's so that all aspects were covered.
