We had an idea of what we wanted but the sale was confirmed by the way we were treated there. Daniel went over all the options and helped find the most suitable style. TJ helped us get going and we are not very tech savvy!! Paperwork was fast and efficient. Especially since we came in the late evening. Oh and loving the Crosstrek :) More

Shame on me for even thinking this place was a good idea. This place just doesn't care once your out the door with a new car. From sales to service, selling inferior vehicles with a plethora of issues is the This place just doesn't care once your out the door with a new car. From sales to service, selling inferior vehicles with a plethora of issues is the name of the game. I presented issues I had to my salesman who according to the dealer, is there to help before, during, and after the car buying experience. All I was really witness to was more senior sales people giving disciplinary action to younger sales people while making me wait unreasonable amounts of time to tell me "we cant get this vehicle", "we wont give you what you want for your trade", and " Nah, we cant take more off.". Not only that, but having my vehicle for nearly a week to tell me "Oh, that's just how the car is.", left me wishing this entire experience was just a bad dream. I should have walked away. I now own a new car that I absolutely hate, and I hate it enough I'm almost wanting to trade this thing in and get my old vehicle back, because I know that it's safe and wont kill me when its safety features error out. There are better dealers and auto brands out there! Aggrivation, it's what makes a subaru, a subaru. More
Lazy and ignorant of issues I bought a car with several safety feature, drive train, and infotainment issues. Was told 2 and half week wait to get the vehicle in, so I had to rai I bought a car with several safety feature, drive train, and infotainment issues. Was told 2 and half week wait to get the vehicle in, so I had to raise that issue with my sales guy. (that's another story). Service manager said bring it in. Service advisor said he knew about some issues but others would need to be addressed. After almost a week, I get a call saying essentially that "Sorry, but this is just how the car is." What, unsafe and most likely unreliable? I bet I could go to another dealer and find out that why yes, this car has several defects. Never again for Royal Moore, you've lost my business after 2 car sales. More
