Beware of their service department Apparently they tend to take advantage of less than knowledgeable customers. My 78 year old mother in law took her 2008 Legacy in for it's normal serv Apparently they tend to take advantage of less than knowledgeable customers. My 78 year old mother in law took her 2008 Legacy in for it's normal service at 120,000 miles. She had no complaints with the vehicle, she just knew it had reached the requisite mileage. She ended up with a $2500 service bill for a car that's not even worth $1500. Some service adviser just made his month. More

Mr. Jeff Anderson, Sales and Ms. Emmylea Williams, Subaru Delivery Specialist, were both very helpful with explaining everything about the car I was interested in. They made sure that I knew how to operate all of the safety and electronic features of my car. Lastly, it’s sad that I don’t remember the name of the person from Finance, who helped me secure car loan from Chase Bank with a 0.9% interest rate - I appreciate you!
