Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed. I made an express lube appointment (with this rotation) and was advised it would take 1-1 1/4 hours. I arrived 10 minutes early to check in and was there for over 2 hours total. Frustrating to waste my tim and was advised it would take 1-1 1/4 hours. I arrived 10 minutes early to check in and was there for over 2 hours total. Frustrating to waste my time for a simple service with an appointment. The staff was very polite and waiting room comfortable. I'm grateful to have packed plenty of work to occupy my time. More
