My terrific sales guy Arturo Cisneros created a superb experience for my first Subaru purchase. He worked with me on two different days, patiently educating me about the various models I was interested in experience for my first Subaru purchase. We test drove several vehicles together and he explained how all the gizmos work and compared the models. I never felt pressured and I especially appreciated that he did not talk down to me on the technical stuff because I am a woman.
