I had the absolute best experience at Royal Moore Subaru! I was fully expecting to be hassled and told I need the $40,000 car not the less expensive model but that didn’t happen at all. We told them exactly what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay and they found us options that would work within our budget- new and used. My husband and I worked with two wonderful men, Ryan and Jovanni. They both were very knowledgeable and never pushy. We even left once and came back the next day to think on it. Ryan was the salesman who helped us close the deal. He was wonderful to work with. He made sure we fully understood the process and even stayed an hour after the store closed to help us finish getting paperwork done on our dream car. I’ve been to many different dealerships and I have never felt this degree of excellence and dedication to find us the perfect family car. After my husband and I let Ryan know that we wanted to give the new Subaru we were buying to our daughter, to drive when she turns 16, he helped us find a model with extra safety features and one that worked with our smaller budget. I was truly impressed with Royal Moore and I will be a customer again in the future! Looks like my husband has his eye on the 2021 Outback!!
