I hadn't purchased a car in years and really wasn't looking forward to the process. I came into Royal Moore and worked with Jordon to test drive a few cars. The entire process was simple and stress-f looking forward to the process. I came into Royal Moore and worked with Jordon to test drive a few cars. The entire process was simple and stress-free. Everytime I'd been to a car dealer, in the past, the salesperson would try to get me into a car that I didn't even want. Jordan didn't push anything on me. He simply asked what I was looking for and offered to answer any questions. Simple as that. I custom ordered a Crosstrek and received it in the timeframe quoted. There was no markup on MSRP, which is why I went with Royal Moore. Other dealers in the area had a markup in addition to MSRP. Finished the purchase process with CJ. Again, nice and simple. Sign the papers and be on your way. No big show made. I appreciate that. More
