Michelle is a nice person besides being a responsive and professional saleswoman. I had a very pleasant time test driving the Crosstrek with her as well as sitting in her cube to complete the sales document professional saleswoman. She kept an eye on me to make sure I could drive the new car with so many electronic features. She automatically came to my rescue as she saw that I was sitting in the car using my smartphone flashlight to see (I couldn’t find the car cabin light buttons as it was dark in the evening).
