Exceptional experience. I was given a very good price for my trade in and they did not try to push into a vehicle I was not interested in. The entire process was exceeding I was given a very good price for my trade in and they did not try to push into a vehicle I was not interested in. The entire process was exceedingly fast and simple. Everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing. I told Zach Krause what I was looking for and when I arrived, he had the exact Crosstrek waiting in front of the showroom. The paperwork was dealt with quickly by Chris Bush. Both Zach and Chris made sure I understood everything before I signed each document. I have never had such an easy car buying experience.
