I recently visited Royal Moore Subaru to replace the exterior mirror of my 2024 Forester Sport with an auto-dimming mirror. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the serv exterior mirror of my 2024 Forester Sport with an auto-dimming mirror. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, the service team installed the new mirror, but I noticed a distortion in the center. They ordered another mirror, but after installation, the distortion persisted. Bill Rush, the service manager, seemed inexperienced and lacked sufficient knowledge about the service. He did not take the time to validate the installation, and I had to repeatedly show him the problem myself. When I requested to have my factory mirror reinstalled due to the distortion, the factory mirror was installed improperly, with visible distortion. Bill did not spend any time reviewing the service before asking me to check it, and the issue was clearly visible to the naked eye. Overall, I feel that Bill Rush is inexperienced in handling customers and regret changing my dealership to Royal Moore Subaru. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
