I've had issues in the past with sales but always want to take my truck back for service for GMC OEM parts. I'm rating this a 4 star on this visit because although they got me quickly when it was suppose to take my truck back for service for GMC OEM parts. It has required only routine maintenance over 26 yrs and replacement of a few functional but oxidized parts for the sake of appearance. TJ and Baiah in the Parts Dept were especially helpful and efficient in delivering and installing several special order items this afternoon and that deserves my thanks and thumbs up for their kindness. Gabriel greeted me with his hand extended , a warm welcome and a great smile! I had my dog on a leash and we shared our stories about our dogs. Immediately i felt comfortable working with Gabriel.
