Arrived 15 minutes early for an appointment that was scheduled a week in advance. Staff had no record of my appointment, but I had the email confirmation. Staff didn't have record of who I was, even though I provided that during the appointment schedule. Took 45 minutes just to check me into my appointment. When I asked how long they thought it might be, I was told it would take 20 minutes for him to get an answer. After an hour, my vehicle hadn't moved from where I left it. At this point I had serious doubts about the quality of work to service my vehicle. I requested my keys so that I could leave and find another dealership. It took them another 5 minutes to find the keys because they hadn't been tagged and they weren't sure where they were. This wasn't a matter of being impatient but rather a judgement call on the quality of service. It's hard for me to imagine that my vehicle will be serviced correctly and honestly when they lack the ability to just simply check in someone with an appointment. More

The service experience was fantastic at Royal Moore Mazda. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had several questions about the performance of by battery and charging system: the team explained all details of the battery testing that was done and also helped explain some of the readings that I was getting on my multi-meter. I also like the new status tracking and video links that are used to show details on the service visit. The only item I would add is a way for a user to check to see what items need attention at a future visit: it would allow me to schedule a visit where I know that a longer time will be needed to complete the vehicle.
