Good service but took to long I had a Monday 9am appointment to fix a truck latch problem on my 2016 Buick LaCrosse and get a second fob. This seemed like a short time fix so I ex I had a Monday 9am appointment to fix a truck latch problem on my 2016 Buick LaCrosse and get a second fob. This seemed like a short time fix so I expected to be there only an hour or 2. I live 25 miles away from this dealership. Only to be told it would likely take all day. They did provide a loaner so we could get to a few stops and then spend time at a relatives home until they called to let us know it was ready for pick up. They did call at 3pm to say it would be ready at 4pm. When I got there things went smoothly on the return of the loaner and making payment for the service. The latch repair was covered under warranty. My only issue was not knowing it might take all day before we got there. (I should have asked.) More
Excellent Service Called about getting a broken lock replaced. They ordered the part prior to my visit so when I arrived the following week, the part was in and the rep Called about getting a broken lock replaced. Due to the service department being busy, they offered me a free loan vehicle which allowed me to run errands while my car was being repaired. Thanks for the great service experience. More

Seemingly nice guy until he blew it I had called Daniel for some help with a service issue. He was a pretty nice guy when we talked, though he didn't entirely seem to know what he was doing. While waiting for some info, we somehow talked about something that got into my family. I told him I was married to the most wonderful man alive - and then went silent. It was a pretty awkward silence and I thought he at first put me on hold but I could here him breathing in constant sighs behind the phone. I asked if he was okay and he said, "shut the **** up fa**ot." Needless to say, I defended myself for being gay and he started yelling at me about how I'm an "abomination of man" and "will burn in xxxx for [my] sins". I decided then threatened my lawyer on him at which he responded that there is no proof of this happening and he would find me in person and use his "veteran skills" to kill me. I then hung up because I have severe cyberphobia when it comes to people finding my location and for some reason I got myself worked up into thinking he had triangulated my position with cellular towers and was on his way with an assault rifle or something. I called the cops and they said they'd keep a close watch on the neighborhood and to call them if something happened. Nothing came of it, so I just forgot about it until recently when I drove by the dealership and I wrote this review. I'd really appreciate if this was investigated and he was punished, because he seriously took the situation way out of hand. More
DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO RESPOND. I took my 2015 CX5 for its 28K service. The car was actually less than 28K and under full warranty. They told me that my brakes needed replaced becaus I took my 2015 CX5 for its 28K service. The car was actually less than 28K and under full warranty. They told me that my brakes needed replaced because they were rusted and said the warranty wouldn't cover me because I had lived near the ocean. Now.... I am 60 years old, drove the car to the store and back and for errands. It was parked in a dry location. NEVER have I had a brake job at 28K or been told my warranty didn't count because I lived on the coast! Seriously? Even though the Mazda warranty shows no such exclusion, they refused to fix it without me paying $469.95! Additionally, all attempts to resolve this with management by email, phone, and in person have resulted in no response from anyone. Promises of callbacks have not happened. Ignoring their customers is their idea of resolution. DO NOT take your vehicle to Royal Moore for service! I also recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from people who obviously don't believe in customer service or satisfaction. More
