We called the facility and a lady named Rachel answered. We told her we were jumping threw hoops getting a car and our patients and stress was limited from prior dealerships. She got to work right away and had all the paper work filled out before we got there along with the new car. She did everything in her power to make it as painless as possible. Our finance was tricky to work with but Rachel and her co worker helped in every way without outrageous prices. We are happy that it went well and hope to visit again soon. My only problem was being told by another employee who did our paperwork that that required forms would be sent to our Washington DMV the following week, when we could them register our new car and get license plates. It actually took two weeks and several trips to the downtown DMV office before the forms arrived . This problem could have been avoided if your employee had given me accuraate information about when I would be able to register my new car. More
