I told him I was married to the most wonderful man alive - and then went silent. It was a pretty awkward silence and I thought he at first put me on hold but I could here him breathing in constant sighs behind the phone. I asked if he was okay and he said, "shut the **** up fa**ot." Needless to say, I defended myself for being gay and he started yelling at me about how I'm an "abomination of man" and "will burn in xxxx for [my] sins". I decided then threatened my lawyer on him at which he responded that there is no proof of this happening and he would find me in person and use his "veteran skills" to kill me. I then hung up because I have severe cyberphobia when it comes to people finding my location and for some reason I got myself worked up into thinking he had triangulated my position with cellular towers and was on his way with an assault rifle or something. I called the cops and they said they'd keep a close watch on the neighborhood and to call them if something happened. Nothing came of it, so I just forgot about it until recently when I drove by the dealership and I wrote this review. I'd really appreciate if this was investigated and he was punished, because he seriously took the situation way out of hand. More
Honored a 1 1/2 year promise!!! When I bought my Buick Enclave in Nov 2016, they offered me a free gas fill up and gave me a note. I had forgotten all about it and found it today. DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO RESPOND. I took my 2015 CX5 for its 28K service. The car was actually less than 28K and under full warranty. They told me that my brakes needed replaced becaus I took my 2015 CX5 for its 28K service. The car was actually less than 28K and under full warranty. They told me that my brakes needed replaced because they were rusted and said the warranty wouldn't cover me because I had lived near the ocean. Now.... I am 60 years old, drove the car to the store and back and for errands. It was parked in a dry location. NEVER have I had a brake job at 28K or been told my warranty didn't count because I lived on the coast! Seriously? Even though the Mazda warranty shows no such exclusion, they refused to fix it without me paying $469.95! Additionally, all attempts to resolve this with management by email, phone, and in person have resulted in no response from anyone. Promises of callbacks have not happened. Ignoring their customers is their idea of resolution. DO NOT take your vehicle to Royal Moore for service! I also recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from people who obviously don't believe in customer service or satisfaction. More

Not only were they only offering a fraction of the USAA discount that other locations offer but the sales team here was rude. They were condescending and simply had no interest in listening to what a customer was telling them. All the stereotypical sleezy car sales techniques were used. Our Sales person wasn't super knowledgeable about the car. Another sales person berated us for not working with him when he practically pounced on us the moment we parked. We actually chose not to work with him when the internet manage wasn't available because he was so pushy. I recommend you go elsewhere, we had a much better experience at a different Mazda Dealership. More

On my first visit, I specifically made it clear that I was "shopping" - Ed was totally cool with it and gave me their sales proposal to take home so that I could compare them against other dealerships. He personally guaranteed that he would beat the best offer I received from other places and that's exactly what happened.. I drove my new SUV home a happy man. . Not only was I happy but I felt secure knowing that they offered a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty for as long as you owned the car. I tend to hold on to my cars for more than 5 to 10 years before I get a new one. My last car, a trusty Honda was still running beautifully when I turned her in for a trade-in. I strongly recommend you seek him out - he's articulate, knowledgeable (very), humble, easygoing and not at all pushy. A lot has changed in ten years and this dealership has definitely stepped up to the plate and met the challenge of modern day car shopping. It is people like Ed who are truly changing the face of the car buying business. Whereas car shopping was once a struggle and a hassle, it is now possible to actually enjoy it and feel good about your transaction! More

They sent a card saying to call M-F and Saturday 8-3. But when I called on Saturday, that dept is closed weekends. So, why have it on your card? Also, I asked Finance Mgr Mr. Murphy for a copy of the bill of sale for hand control installation as I'm handicapped. I also did him a favor. He didn't have the bill of sale ready when I was there, so said he would send it. He did not. I called to ask for it again from someone else. No one could make a copy. I left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I called Mr. Murphy's voicemail and asked again. No reply and nothing was sent. It's very nice how dealers smile until they get your money and then you're nothing. Not my way of giving repeat business. I will remember and pass it on! ADDENDUM: This review has NOTHING to do with Ed May. Ed has been the shining star in this transaction and called me to resolves my issues. The remainder of the review, however, remains unchanged. More
