HORRIBLE LIED to and mislead! I have purchased 3 vehicles from royal moore. My first experience wasnt bad at all and my partner and I were happy (6years ago). LIED to and mislead! I have purchased 3 vehicles from royal moore. My first experience wasnt bad at all and my partner and I were happy (6years ago). 2nd car however, had to go over some bumps and also didnt have the greatest car salesman and the financer at the time (jason) were practically con artists and stole my money after telling me there would be NO money down... untill the last second and claiming I HAD to put at least 600 down.. But we all know was split between the two (one of which is a regular at my work and I thought was my friend) ... 3rd experience though was quite recently.. absolutely awful! Because of my last purchase I purposely tried to pay more attention and ask the right questions which I totally thought I did. No. I'm sure I did. .However I was LIED to multiple times by PAM. I asked repeatedly throughout our conversations while signing paper work that the money I'd be putting down ( which again initially I was told I wouldnt have to) an amount of 1grand would be put towards an amount that i later found out was also a LIE. It's around 2grand more than we had discussed and the money down wasnt put towards it (my loan).. Hmmm. Wonder where that money went *rolls eyes* so overall. I wish I could give them a big fat -10 in ratings but unfortunately they wont let me. Once my current car is paid off, I will never purchase from them again. I've also recommended a few friends in the past and will be passing this information on to them and I'm sure they will eventually take their business elsewhere as well. Nor will I ever have something good to say about this lot again. I work and live very close to the hillsboro lot and my car strikes up conversations about royal moore frequently. I have nothing good to say. So hopefully that's Karma taking its course. I've diverted at least 20 potential customers from ever buying a car with them. I will continue to do so. More
Worst sale person ever The sale person attitude was very bad. First she never asked us for coffee water or anything. When we asked she just pointed at it. We had to get it ourselves and they weren’t even available in the same building. When we mentioned we might want to think about the purchase, her attitude was horrible, completely two faced. We could easily noticed her expression. We were about to purchase an expensive car we had our right to talk and discuss. She didn’t have to give us that kind of attitude. Could have compare the pros and cons to convince us instead or something else. Worst sale person ever!!! Typical old style generation dealership. We bought car from other dealership before, it’s all changing now. Super great customer service. Since we already knew what we wanted and we had a small baby at home with a baby sitter we didnt want to drive to another Mazda dealer, we decided to purchase the car. Her attitude completely changed. Super friendly. Tried to ask us for a 10 review. So here is her review a 0. We would never come back here again for our next purchase if we saw her or if we had to come back we would come to a different person. We ignored her after that. When she was supposed to show us all the car features, she didn’t know some of the features. She told me to ask another guy instead of going to ask him herself and explained to us. She didn’t follow up if we even got what we needed. Just gave us a piece of paper made us sign. She didn’t even use that checklist going through with us.. she was in a freaking hurry to get out of work and we were still in the middle of things. Our experience was great with everyone else after we decided to buy the car. Paul and Brian were extremely nice and helpful. They both stayed late helping us and even the next day when we came back with questions. We gave some stars here just for Paul and Brian. More

We were in the process of a lemon law vuyback with our Mercedes so it made financing a little tricky. The entire staff at Royal Moore was AMAZING! They had us in and out in no time with exactly what we wanted with a better price than the other dealer we had visited previously. I'll never go to another dealership! More
