Great in dealer experience I went to Royal Moore Mazda multiple times to test drive various cars. During each test drive, the sales people never tried to pressure me into purcha I went to Royal Moore Mazda multiple times to test drive various cars. During each test drive, the sales people never tried to pressure me into purchasing the car that day. This made me confident that they would respect and not pressure me during the eventual car purchasing. Each person I worked with was friendly and took the time to answer any question I had. However, the post-dealer communication isn't as good as it was in-dealer. I have had trouble getting in contact with a few of the people I worked with. Do not take this as an "avoid at all costs." I will go back for all servicing and Mazda related things. More

The vehicle I got was what I had been looking for and the advertised price was better than other dealerships. Rachel Star was absolutely great to deal with and very helpful. The only issue I have is that they did not offer OnPoint financing, even though I am an OnPoint member, and they financed me through WellsFargo which was a nightmare. I switched after all the paperwork and deals were done. More
