Not the same old Royal Moore Recently we stopped by Royal Moore GMC to buy our new truck. We are a local farming family and have purchased all of our vehicles from and recommended Royal Moore for the last 25+ years. But this was such a bad experience it left us without a truck. We had just arrived and were looking around a truck inside the building and we were shocked to overhear the vulgar language coming from the managers office. We asked who we could talk to in management and were told Mr. Webber was the manager on duty. Coincidently Mr. Webber was the manager we heard. I have never been so appalled and most especially when we were going to spend $70,000 plus with them on a new pickup. There is no place in a workplace (or anyplace in my opinion) for this type of language and we can only assume the type of attitude and treatment of customers and employees that must go hand in hand with the language. We had heard the Moore family sold out their dealerships last year and apparently it is true. They shouldn’t have left their name on the buildings as the new owner/operators have none of the same values that we shared for decades. We will not continue to service our vehicles at any of their make locations or recommend them to anyone we know. This is the first time I have left a review for a business but after much thought and conversation with friends and family, we all decided it might keep others from making the same mistake. More

This was an internet deal and Rachel was very forthcoming, knowledgeable and responsive whether it was email or text. She was able to offer me a great deal on a new CX5 Signature. We brokered a deal via text and email, then came in for a test drive and inspection.
