HORRIBLE LIED to and mislead! I have purchased 3 vehicles from royal moore. My first experience wasnt bad at all and my partner and I were happy (6years ago). LIED to and mislead! I have purchased 3 vehicles from royal moore. My first experience wasnt bad at all and my partner and I were happy (6years ago). 2nd car however, had to go over some bumps and also didnt have the greatest car salesman and the financer at the time (jason) were practically con artists and stole my money after telling me there would be NO money down... untill the last second and claiming I HAD to put at least 600 down.. But we all know was split between the two (one of which is a regular at my work and I thought was my friend) ... 3rd experience though was quite recently.. absolutely awful! Because of my last purchase I purposely tried to pay more attention and ask the right questions which I totally thought I did. No. I'm sure I did. .However I was LIED to multiple times by PAM. I asked repeatedly throughout our conversations while signing paper work that the money I'd be putting down ( which again initially I was told I wouldnt have to) an amount of 1grand would be put towards an amount that i later found out was also a LIE. It's around 2grand more than we had discussed and the money down wasnt put towards it (my loan).. Hmmm. Wonder where that money went *rolls eyes* so overall. I wish I could give them a big fat -10 in ratings but unfortunately they wont let me. Once my current car is paid off, I will never purchase from them again. I've also recommended a few friends in the past and will be passing this information on to them and I'm sure they will eventually take their business elsewhere as well. Nor will I ever have something good to say about this lot again. I work and live very close to the hillsboro lot and my car strikes up conversations about royal moore frequently. I have nothing good to say. So hopefully that's Karma taking its course. I've diverted at least 20 potential customers from ever buying a car with them. I will continue to do so. More
