Quick but not the Most Caring We went to test drive some cars and drove away with the car we wanted and love! We arrived in the morning just to test drive some cars. We had family visiting and a birthday to attend later in the afternoon. We shared this with the team and asked to come in the next day to complete the purchase. They ignored us and sneakily began the sales process that day. We should have gotten up and left but felt trapped. They went through the process quickly, but we were still late to our previous engagement. All in all we wound up with the car we wanted and the process was relatively easy. Just wished they would have been more accommodating and listened to what we were asked for in the outset. More

When I called the dealership I was blunt about wanting to work with a woman. I had looked at other cars elsewhere and dealt with male sale associates and to be honest, I was over it! Right away, I was patched through to Tristen and it wasn't long before I knew I was working with the right person. She was attentive, she listened, she didn't try to up-sell me and she was ready when I arrived at the lot. She was friendly, professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Within a couple hours we had installed car seats together, taken a test drive, set up the finances and I was out the door. She even drove to my house later that night, going way out of her way home, so my husband could sign his part of the paperwork. I have never had such a customer-oriented, pleasant experience buying a car and I would recommend her to all. My overall impression of Royal Moore was also great and Tristen's representation of the dealership was beyond amazing. When we are ready to buy a car again she will be the first and only person I call. More
