Seem all about the sale but not about the overall customer experience or service. We bought a car we liked but won’t use this dealership again. Had issues with OnStar setup, sales person had features customer experience or service. We bought a car we liked but won’t use this dealership again. Had issues with OnStar setup, sales person had features of the car wrong, issues with accessories and an issue with the warranty paperwork. Enough to make us avoid this place even for service and make sure friends do too. People were nice but lacked follow through and questioned their honesty multiple times. More

We liked our sales rep Mary, but the financing guy was awful. He tried every class car dealership tactic, from mandatory VIN etching fee for $389, discouraging us from seeing a mechanic, and low-balling t awful. He tried every class car dealership tactic, from mandatory VIN etching fee for $389, discouraging us from seeing a mechanic, and low-balling the trade-in by evaluating it as fair condition and then removing more $$ from it for the dings that would make it in fair condition. He asked how much I thought I could get it through private sale, and then pretended to be shocked at how high it was when I told him a very conservative number. I sold the car in a couple hours on Craigslist the next day for the price I said, and could have gotten more for it. Ultimately, I feel bad for Mary because the financing guy ruined her sale by making us question the integrity of the dealership and what they had to hide about the condition of the car. More
