Derek Whitmore and Nathan Hines sold me a car, but they didn't give me the option of paying the taxes as part of my loan. Instead, they just let me show up to the DMV to pick up my license plates two weeks later and get stuck with a bill for $2300. Totally misrepresented how good the deal was. It's not the end of the world, but they should've made that clear right from the beginning. Then, when I called to complain about it, I talked to a guy (think his name was Brent) who confirmed that I could've rolled that $2300 into the loan (which I absolutely would've done if I'd been given that option), but then he basically told me that his employees don't make mistakes so there's no way they could've forgotten to tell me - I must've just decided that I didn't want the tax to be included in my loan, which made me a LOT madder. Come on. People make mistakes. It's not the end of the world. These guys obviously did. And I'm pissed. If you go here, make sure to ask lots of questions about whether there are going to be any additional fees coming in the future. They won't come right out with it. And good luck. More

We worked with Sam Vieira and John Verant to purchase our Jeep Renegade Justice Edition. All negotiations were conducted over the phone and email. Upon arrival we met with Sam in person, and completed the p Jeep Renegade Justice Edition. All negotiations were conducted over the phone and email. Upon arrival we met with Sam in person, and completed the purchase without issue. The staff at the dealership was very attentive and courteous, without being overbearing or pushy. The only negative experience with the dealership was with the vehicle itself. The vehicle is a 2016 Jeep Renegade Justice Edition, with the Justice Edition badging. The special edition badging was visible in the photos posted by the dealership, however between the time the photos were posted and we test drove the vehicle, the special edition badging had been removed from the vehicle. This was brought up during our negotiations, with photos of the vehicle both with and without the badge, and was dismissed by Management. The dealership did not attempt to, or offer to replace the special edition badging or reduce the price so we could purchase a replacement badge ourself. It was unfortunate an employee would take badging off the vehicle and the dealership not make it right. Other than this, the service from Sam and vehicle is excellent. More
