TL;DR: Top notch salesperson. Called them up last minute, met with Megan, test drove, and made the deal the next day. I was already prepared to buy another vehicle at another dealership and had a backup s met with Megan, test drove, and made the deal the next day. Found this listing last-minute and met with Megan a few hours later at the end of the business day. Despite me being the last customer she was enthusiastic about the appointment, proactive in addressing GMC concerns as I haven’t owned anything of that make. The vehicle lined up with what I was looking for feature-wise and the team worked with me a bit when I found one of the monitors in the middle of the vehicle to be non-operational. All in all the communication (mostly text with Megan) and in-person visits were superb. Paperwork with Ronnie was a breeze and the day of the deal we were done in less than maybe 2.5 hours including us just checking out features, grabbing lunch while they drew up paperwork, etc. I should mention I was able to leave my vehicle there the night before and take the car of interest home with me for the night, allowed an independent inspection of my choosing the following morning, then went back to the dealership to do the deal. I also forgot to bring the title for my Range Rover trade-in and they just let me FedEx it from my local store after I left with the vehicle. All in all, would definitely buy from them again and would be very happy to work with Megan again. More

Service writer Lee was amazing. He under promised and over delivered when it came to how long I’d have to wait.
