The Royal Moore Buick GMC has excellent management. Daniel, the manager, was very responsive through a very frustrating process when GM continuously changed the delivery date of my new Sierra 1500 AT4. Daniel, the manager, was very responsive through a very frustrating process when GM continuously changed the delivery date of my new Sierra 1500 AT4. Knowing I was getting deployed, Daniel and the sales rep Jason got themselves personally involved to expedite processes and make sure I could take delivery of my vehicle before I left. Furthermore, they reached out to; and got accessory credit to comp expensive running boards and the associated labor as an attempt to make things right for the continuously changing timeline and stressful buying process. In my opinion, they handled the customer service piece excellently, especially considering they (the dealership) wasn’t to blame for all of the vehicle delays. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and working with the Manager, David. More
