The selection of vechiles is massive, perfect for finding a car that suits you especially if you're not sure of the exact vechile you want. My first experience with a dealership and it was great! Royal Moore allowed us to follow Ryker as he moved to different areas in his training. Ryker spent three different days with us showing the car and answering questions. He made us feel comfortable, he did remind us if we did not buy, the car may not be there the next time we came in, but he did not over pressure us. At first, I was not thrilled with email contact. Maybe, because I am a senior and that is not my first idea of communication, but once we started emailing, it was fine and I was confirtable. The poor rating is because Ryker showed us pricing at 8.99%. Then we discussed adding some things which brought the price up. I did not notice that it was not only the addition of services , but that the interest rate had increased to 10.99%. This did not lower even when I increased the down payment to cover the additions. My mistake that I signed, Ryker did write on the form I signed that the down payment had tripled. Nate did not take that into account. Asked if we were approved on the first payment options. I had assummed so. Did not expect that adding services and increasing the down payment would increase the interest rate we were originally presented. Nate did increase the terms from 60 months to 72 months which got us back to a comforable monthly payment. More
