We drove from Vancouver to check out a vehicle that had been listed through the Carfax website. We met with Christian C. at the door upon our arrival. While we were looking the vehicle over, Christian went back inside the office and returned with a printout of the Carfax. When we indicated our interest, he offered a test drive. During the test drive, Christian was very helpful in answering all our questions and made us feel at ease. It was a pleasure meeting him. After we returned to the office, Christian had our trade in appraised. As the purchase process continued, we met Patrick A. (either the sales of finance manager). He provided us with a very fair trade in offer. While he did offer other add-ons, he did not pressure us to buy something that we did not want. This is the first time we have bought a vehicle form Royal Moore. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience. Unlike several dealerships we have dealt with before, we left feeling very good about our purchase. We never felt overwhelmed or pressured during the entire process, We appreciate the time and effort that Christian and Patrick took to make us feel welcome and for for insuring we were happy with our purchase.
