I selected Royal Moore Pre-Owned dealership because out of the cars that I was looking for my next new car, they had the most selection. I was able to look at, compare and drive all the vehicles that I wa of the cars that I was looking for my next new car, they had the most selection. I was able to look at, compare and drive all the vehicles that I was interested in to narrow down my search. I arrived at the lot and was greeting by a nice lady who asked me a few questions and then left me to allow me time to look at the vehicles selection. She arrived back with Ryker, my sale associate, we talked about a few that caught my eye, and which ones I wanted to test drive. Ryker was amazing!! He was patient, kind and eager to make the experience great. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I drove 4 different vehicles, and sent poor Ryker on a car hunt in the pouring rain all with a smile in his face. With my final selection being made, Ryker and the Royal Moore staff walked me through the process and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Never once feeling pressured made this experience that much better. Ryker did a fantastic job and the whole crew there were so friendly and nice!
