I arrived with my daughter to Royal Moore to look at Subaru Forester for her and Jorge was quickly present to meet with us and took us on a test drive. He explained all the features of the car and that it only had one owner, non smoker as well. My daughter was very happy with the test drive. So we went in to talk about the car to make a deal and the whole process with Jorge and Everett was very nice and no pressure at all which made both us feel very comfortable. My daughter ended up buying the car and I strongly may look at coming back here to look for my next truck. We arrived at 4:45pm and left at 7:45pm, that was the quickest transaction I have ever been in. More

We were lied to about our financing options. My son was pre approved through our local credit union for an auto loan. He found a car he liked at this dealership so we drove an hour and a half to My son was pre approved through our local credit union for an auto loan. He found a car he liked at this dealership so we drove an hour and a half to look at it. Once we told the salesperson that he had a previous loan approval we were told that since it was a “wholesale” car our credit union would not finance it and we were told that several times not only from the salesman but also the finance person. Since it was after our credit unions hours I could not verify this. They had him apply for a loan through one of their lenders which with a co-signer he was approved. He decided to go ahead and buy it. After asking our credit union the next day they said they had never heard of not financing a wholesale car. The dealership advertises they are part of a credit union program called CUDL which is supposed to make buying a car from a dealership through our credit union a breeze. Long story short, after many phone calls and accusations I had to have the dealership cancel the original agreement so we could go through our credit union (with 6% less interest) and I had to drive back to the dealership with a cashiers check from our credit union. This deal should have gone a lot easier if this dealership would have been honest with us. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Ryker was pleasant and would go back with offers I suggested. The car we purchased was an “as is” purchase so they suggested an auto repair shop close by to give a look over and give us a run down of suggested. We tried to get the price down as low as possible. I would have like to get it lower but it was difficult. “We’re already losing money on this vehicle”. Is the phrase the always use. It’s not true of course but they stick to their story. Beware of taxes and fees that bring it up nearly a thousand dollars! More
