I have been to many car lots of all kinds in my search for a new vehicle- I have never been to the same place twice- The only reason I came back was because of Ryker- He was not the "typical used car sal for a new vehicle- I have never been to the same place twice- The only reason I came back was because of Ryker- He was not the "typical used car salesman". He was kind and listened to my needs and wants- I was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle and was waiting for the right vehicle to find me, Ryker helped with that- After we decided on a price, Ryker started to fill out the paperwork needed for finance dept. Then Everett came over and told Ryker to go help another customer? I could tell that Ryker was a bit confused by this as we were handling a deal, but he did what he was asked to do. This left me sitting at a table alone with half filled out papers in front of me. As a cash paying customer of over 28,000 dollars I felt this was very rude. Not only to me but also to Ryker- the customer that came in was a new customer and I am buying a car-who should wait? I think the new customer should wait not the customer who is in the process to purchase. Maybe next time management will make a different decision, and not treat a purchasing customer like they are no longer important and the next sale is more important- Ryker is an asset to your company for sure great guy.
