When buying a vehicle, beware of Royal Moore Toyota. I was excited to join the Toyota family through royal moore but felt extremely pushed and shoved out after my purchase. I was pretty disappointed at the treatment we received. They claim to be an “up front on numbers” and “no hassle not pushy” dealer. But In The end, there was nothing up front about their numbers and felt very pushed out after. Was told that the price of the vehicle was the absolute lowest they could go on a pre owned certified vehicle. That wasn’t true, as we obviously got it for lower than that in the end. Then came the add on items I was told were “not optional” per the floor manager, sales person and financial team member. Seemed more like a hidden fee to me as that wasn’t agreed upon upfront and when told I didn’t want that, they had gotten pretty defensive. We were told, more than once, that because we didn’t let them know we were coming in, that they felt very thrown off for showing up unannounced to purchase a vehicle. There were a few times paperwork was messed up and had to be redone or names were spelt incorrectly. Was told my vehicle was going to be “detailed” before they closed as there were piles of leaves/pine needles/pine cones in the bed of the truck. Come to find out, they had just rewiped the already very clean interior and quickly sprayed the outside of the cab without touching anything else. They were nice enough to put 3/4 of a tank in the vehicle. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend working with this dealership. Am very unpleased with the entire transaction and wouldn’t wish for anyone else who just wants a smooth buying experience to go through this. You won’t feel anything like family when all is said and done. More

I had an appointment to buy a toyota tacoma and Brandon sold it hours before my appointment. It was underhanded and wrong!!! I will not recommend this dealership and I suggest finding another dealership in sold it hours before my appointment. It was underhanded and wrong!!! Brandon made getting our new family vehicle a breeze. I told him what I wanted, showed up to the lot, & he had exactly what I explained sitting right there waiting for me.
