A year in, after a $2K price tag on a useless warranty, I'm already out $700+ for a hatch latch that won't open and a faulty seatbelt/airbag sensor that constantly bongs because it's not connecting properly. Wow what great service I was met with a very friendly greeter Mr. John Pittman, He introduced me to Scott who wrote up my service and he got me in & out quickly, Everyone was friendly and showed me the waiting room. I have never owned a Kia and I am so happy with the entire handling package. Royal Kia will have my business in the future and I am very happy to meet such a fine staff. More

Employees were super friendly. Waiting room has 3 different tvs, movie theatre type seats, and free popcorn, danishes and coffee. Plus my son got to borrow an iPad to use while he waited. I purchased a Kia Rio in 2007 from Royal Kia in Tucson, where I've subsequently had all the routine maintenance servicing done on the car (7 years). I I can't say enough positive about my Service Advisor, Scott Maher. He is quietly competent, knowledgeable, professional, honest, friendly, fair and trustworthy. He clearly and firmly advises on what work needs to be done for the safety and good maintenance of the car, but is equally candid about what work is unnecessary to do. This speaks for his high integrity. I recommend him highly. I feel my car is in good and expert hands when I drop it off at Royal Kia. Chris Cartwright More

They used to be great. But the last two times I took my car in before long trips this summer they missed major issues... Ever since I had my car, I have had a problem shifting out of PARK. I took my car to the dealer in Gainesville, Georgia where I bought it for the first oil change. I complained about the shifting proble out of PARK. I took my car to the dealer in Gainesville, Georgia where I bought it for the first oil change. I complained about the shifting problem. They could not duplicate the problem, so could not fix it. My car is a 2010 Sportage and I bought it new. Every time I took the car in for servicing, no matter where it was, noone could or would fix it. My car had a recall this year which was supposed to fix the problem. I had the part replaced in Duluth, Georgia. Since then, I only had the shifting problem twice. Once was the day before I was leaving Georgia so could not take it back to the dealer. The second time was when I arrived in Tucson, AZ. I made an appointment, took the car in, and it was thoroughly checked. The part that was replaced was good, but Royal found that the car needed a new shifter. They had to order the part. It came in early the next week. I want to thank the service department at Royal Kia in Tucson for their expertise. They are the only ones who cared enough to get to the bottom of the problem. More
My daily commute is about 75 miles one way. Therefore, I need a reliable car. The other day, I had an issue with one of the tires, and I was told that it was the sensor and not the tire. But because I work in a small city where there is no KIA dealership, I was unable to take it, but an uncle who happen to be going to Tucson make me the favor of taking the car to replace the sensor. Obviously I did not have an appointment because I was not thinking on having an emergency. At the dealer, I was told that they could not replace the sensor without an appointment, and that they did not guarantee that the tire will hold the air. I always brag about the great experience I has when I bought the car at this dealership. but in the service department is another story. More
