I have tried to get an appointment for my 2015 Sedona SLX We moved here in August 2017. We own two vans both with extended 100,000 10 year warranties. We needed Oil Change and Tire Rotation on each vehicle. We moved here in August 2017. We own two vans both with extended 100,000 10 year warranties. We needed Oil Change and Tire Rotation on each vehicle. In addition I asked the to look at both vans since the release on the door looks for the automatic sliding doors no longer release when the car is shut off or put in park. The first time I called I was told that they could not be looked at under warranty unless I could prove I had a warranty on the, KIA USA told me that a dealer can verify it by VIN number. Then I was also told I would have to leave the vehicle with them for an oil change and that they could only look at the door during the week and I would have to leave the van with them and I would have to bring in the paper work on the warranty, The second time I attempted to schedule an appointment (within business hours - I kept getting directed to a web site to schedule it or to leave a message- I never heard back on my message and the website will not let you register as a guest- it does not scroll past entering your name. It is a shame that a dealership that has such potential to win and have new customers goes out its way to keep them away More

Ty took our car in, said it would take two hours....called 40 minutes later and said it will now take all day, offered shuttle. 30 minutes later car was done? He couldn't explain or read service that was performed. calling back to answer their call, girl on phone acted like we were bothering her, almost rude. 1st time we took it in we didn't get it serviced because of wait time....all day. Past dealerships we have been in and out within an hour. Not impressed at all with service department. More
Totally Awesome!!! Initially came in to have my Kia Soul serviced. Spoke with a young lady who had seen us looking at cars there in the lot. She suggested gathering info and numbers. I told her I would consider. She then set us up with Mr. River Lintner. The rest is history. More

WOW what an employee and dealership!!! While on vacation our Kia Sorento had transmission trouble and we took it to Royal Kia in Tucson AZ. Mr. Scott Maher diagnosed the problem quickly and While on vacation our Kia Sorento had transmission trouble and we took it to Royal Kia in Tucson AZ. Mr. Scott Maher diagnosed the problem quickly and informed us that it would take three days for the part to come in. He then assigned us a 2016 Kia as a loaner car for our use until our vehicle was fixed, Mr. Maher was awesome in his knowledge, professionalism,and conduct as well a his treatment and concern for us. He is an exemplary and valuable employee. By the way all other employees we interacted with were awesome also! What a dealership!!!!! More

Upon having arrived at the service drive-up window, I was acknowledged with a very polite and professional greeting from Phil who immediately asked how he could assist. After having stated that I was meeting a family member whose vehicle had been scheduled for service, Phil expeditiously checked his work orders. When he discovered that my family member's vehicle had, in fact, been scheduled for the subsequent day, he took the initiative to research his technicians' workload in order to accommodate the vehicle into the current schedule. Without hesitation, Phil effectuated a team effort to accomplish the work without delay. While the vehicle was being serviced, Phil periodically contacted me with updates regarding the status of the vehicle and, when discrepancies were noted by his technician, he advised me as to the best course of action. Thanks to Phil's initiatives, the work was accomplished in a very timely and professional manner. Lastly, Phil provided me with a detailed estimate for the remaining items which would require attention. Phil sets the standard for others to emulate. His initiative, attention to detail, depth of knowledge and "above and beyond the call of duty" customer care are hallmarks of his exceptional character and abilities. He is a standout performer! He was courteous, efficient, comfortable to deal with and knowledgeable. I dont like dealing with sales people but Craig is a breath of fresh air. So much so that when I went to buy a car for myself I went back to the same company so that I could stay in network and have him handle my deal. Truth is I bought the Kia because it was a great car at a good price for my kid. When I went looking for a SUV for myself I have never been a GMC guy but I would rather deal with him than some random sales person. Good company and I will send everyone I know looking for a car to him. More

When my vehicle was brought to the front I noticed my vehicle had a little damage and the service person we usually go to was busy and sent over Dave Loper. We brought to his attention what the problem was and he said "that with time the rubber comes off". My husband and I understand that, but the rubber that goes over the sides of the head lights was half way out and my vehicle was not left overnight with the rubber sticking out, we tried to explain that to him and his exact word were "What do you want me to do about it" with an attitude, really that how Kia employees treat there customers? I'll tell you what I as a customer who has taken 2 vehicle for the last 4 years for services and just traded in a vehicle over an year ago wanted to hear Dave Loper, "what can I do to help, or let me take your vehicle back to service department and see if we can fix it". THAT AS A CUSTOMER, IS WHAT I WANTED FOR YOU TO DO ABOUT IT! Royal Kia, has a saying "welcome to the royal family" well let me tell you Royal Kia, today me and my husband didn't feel that we were part of the family. That's the reason I gave Dave Loper no stars and would NEVER refer a friend or family member to you! More
