I lost my warranty forever for missing a "millage gap" which I still don't understand how that happened. I had the service advisors to please explain how I lost my warranty forever and she just emailed me which I still don't understand how that happened. I called the number and they explained but they also where very disappointed with the dealership and service department for not informing me on other ways you can lose warranty forever. My daughters 2018 Optima broke down in New Mexico while we were moving her back to Tucson from Tennessee. I contacted Jesus and he had us bring the car in. Although we didn’t buy the car from Royal they wo we were moving her back to Tucson from Tennessee. I contacted Jesus and he had us bring the car in. Although we didn’t buy the car from Royal they worked it in and found that it was an issue that was covered by a recent recall. I can’t tell you how awesome it was to here this news. Royal rocks and really makes you feel like family no matter what. Thank you Jesus and Jennifer. More

Service Advisor (Richard Soto) did an amazing job making the process smooth by updating us on the mechanical condition on our 2013 Kia Soul along with the issues that were brought up to us last year that ne the process smooth by updating us on the mechanical condition on our 2013 Kia Soul along with the issues that were brought up to us last year that needed to be taken care of this year. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and he knows his stuff. I called Royals' service department to schedule an oil and filter change. I spoke with Jennifer Caldara. I arrived at the scheduled time, she got the car right in, told me how long it should take. I have had a continuing terrible experience at Royal Kia of Tucson. This post has been edited to not include certain details of my most recent experience as I've been asked by the dealership to not reve of Tucson. Certain aspects of the situation have been resolved, however my experience has been miserable. This, added to my previous experiences with the Royal Collision Center and the most recent experience purchasing my newest vehicle, had started this off as a one-star review. However, I have my vehicle back and in working order and I've been compensated fairly, so I have doubled the star review from one to two stars. Having bought two vehicles at Royal Kia and having had issues not only with both of the vehicles, but with the service and collision centers, the Warranty Forever feels null. I don't want to have my vehicle serviced at Royal anymore, and I'm worried what will happen if I have to go into the collision center again. The people I've worked with are polite as far as they are required to be. Past that they are unwilling to go the extra mile unless pushed by a bad review or called out for not thoroughly reading an email. I'm still in contact with the corporate office over the security issues, but ultimately, I don't want to purchase here again. I wish I had a warranty through a different dealership, but the special Warranty Forever is exclusive to Royal. I'm hoping nothing further goes wrong with the vehicle so that I don't have to worry about going back. More
