Matt tried to appease me after an unfortunate incident with my vehicle. At first, there was no communication from Royal Kia - I had to keep calling about the situation, then Matt stepped up and offered a with my vehicle. on 8/7/24 My Mother took her car in for a factory recall, and while the car was parked at KIA, Her passenger door was sideswiped by a "random delivery driver" with no info given from what company. Also KIA d and while the car was parked at KIA, Her passenger door was sideswiped by a "random delivery driver" with no info given from what company. Also KIA didn't inform her for almost a week later and as of 8/30/24 still have her car with her belongings and are not communicating. The Manager Scott Evans decided on his own to then take my moms car to the body shop and proceed to tell her it will be 7K to repair the passenger door that got sideswiped, the funny part is there isurance only considers the entire car 4K so something fishy going on....I would stay away from KIA SERVICE DEPARTMENT if possible. ZERO STAR rating for the leader of the service center. We're prepared to take KIA to court until this is resolved. More
