I went with my daughter to purchase her first new car at Royal Kia. I was so impressed with the customer service from Kiersten, Scott, and all of the people who were ivolved with the purchase. They bent over backwards to get her the best deal from the banks, helped with insurance, and explained everything in language that was understandable. The whole staff was courteous and friendly. I saw the KIA Sorento I was interested in buying on the website, called and talked to Keith who said he'd pull the vehicle and put it in the shade for me to look at the next day. He did! When we arrive website, called and talked to Keith who said he'd pull the vehicle and put it in the shade for me to look at the next day. He did! When we arrived at the KIA dealership (from NM), Keith was busy so Ken took over. He had to find the vehicle (shade was hard to find in 101 degrees). Ken was so pleasant and informative. We visited a lot but he was also very business oriented. He explained the features of the car and answered any and all questions we had. Unfortunately our visit was longer than it should have been because their Internet had problems but once it was back up, the process was fast and efficient. I appreciated their concern - the manager came by and visited with us and as we left the surprise gift of a dozen red roses knocked me off my feet - or it would have if I hadn't been sitting in the front seat of my new Sorento!
