We bought our first car with Ken in 2009 and put quite a few miles on it so we went in to see if we could find something we liked. Ken and the staff at Royal Kia are AMAZING! I bought an Optima for me and my wife a few years ago at Royal Kia. I can't rememeber the sales person's name, but he helped us through the purchase of our used car. Since I have always sufered from buyer's remorse this has to be one of the few times this did not happen! I've been looking for another car for many months and finally narrowed the selection down to three cars. All were pre-owned vehicles, a Lexus RX330, Honda Pilot and a Honda CRV. Two of the vehicles wer finally narrowed the selection down to three cars. All were pre-owned vehicles, a Lexus RX330, Honda Pilot and a Honda CRV. Two of the vehicles were at Lexus Speedway and the other at Royal Kia. I spoke to Ken Lewis at Royal Kia and he asked if we could get together and discuss the various options. I met with Ken and in no time was convinced to purchase a new Kia over all the pre-owned vehicles I was looking at because I really didn't get a warranty with the pre-owned and they were all between 5 to 7 years old. It made a lot of since to me since to purchase new since I really do care about having a warranty and if I could get a new car for around the same price as a pre-owned car...I was in! Ken spent a lot of time going over all the details of a new Kia including a test drive and a through understanding of how all the options worked on the new vehicle. Royal Kia is lucky to have a salesman like Ken Lewis on their Team. More

This dealership is decent. The staff was really nice, but like most car dealership, they don't understand the phrase "we are just shopping around." After buying my Kia 2 years ago in Phoenix, I moved to Tucson and thought I'd give this place a try. I have come here for my services ever since. Craig is especially great because he knows that I don't know much about cars, so he takes the time to explain every detail to me. He doesnt try to sell me things I don't need, but instead will occasionally make recommendations to me, and explains why he thinks the product will benefit me. I really appreciate that, and everyone at Royal Kia. Thank you! More
