I bought my KIA Sedona 2002 and have always felt good about the service department. People always say that dealer service is more expensive and I say not at my KIA service department. In fact when I have tried other service on my KIA it has always cost me double. Thank you for the best service ever. Recently I had to replace the harmonic balancer for the third time. The tow company convinced me that they would be cheaper than KIA service and that it would take too long. The only way I would agree was that they assured me they would use genuine KIA parts and they could have it the following day because I needed it.. . they charged me more than you would have, but that was my mistake. I am more convinced than ever the only ones to work on my KIA are at your KIA dealer service. Thank you for the best service in Tucson! More
Working with Brian was a great experience. We arrived at 1 pm and in 2 hours and 45 minutes we were driving off the lot in our new Kia Optima. We knew what we wanted and Brian knew how to make it happen, fr 1 pm and in 2 hours and 45 minutes we were driving off the lot in our new Kia Optima. We knew what we wanted and Brian knew how to make it happen, from getting all the paper work in order to getting the car off the show room floor. I really liked the feeling of a small town dealer, in a good size town. We live 3 miles from Jim Click Kia and they are imposable to work with and I was ready to go back to Toyota but instead we drove across town to where the base price was $500 less, that means more options. My wife and I began our car search in February 2011 and were interested in purchasing a mid-size sedan. We looked at many different models (Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Chrysler 200, etc.) and weren't even were interested in purchasing a mid-size sedan. We looked at many different models (Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Chrysler 200, etc.) and weren't even considering a Kia until we visited their website. Based on what we saw online, we decided to take a look at the newly redesigned Optima. Because Royal Kia happened to be near the Chrysler dealer, we stopped there on our way back home. I am certainly glad we did. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Trey (the manager) and, because they didn't have a sales person available (there were customers everywhere), he let us take an Optima EX on a test drive by ourselves! Once we got back to the dealership, Trey introduced us to Humberto and we talked further about the car. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle and it was very obvious that Royal Kia is there to help customers make good car-buying decisions and make sure that customers are completely satisfied. During our first visit we told Humberto we were interested in the EX Turbo and he said that he would give us a call as soon as one came in. A couple of weeks later the phone rang and it was Humberto doing exactly what he said he would do. So, my wife and I drove back up to Royal Kia and test drove an EX Turbo. They also had an SX that came in at the same time and we were able to see that as well. Once we drove the EX, the EX Turbo, and saw the SX, my wife decided on a Platinum Graphite SX with the Premium Touring Package and the Technology Package. Humberto said that he would check the system and see if one was available. Unfortunately there were none slated for import yet, so he said that he would do what he could to find us one. Over the course of the next couple of months we found out that Kia was not making many SX models, especially those with both packages and in Platinum Graphite. Royal Kia even got the regional manufacturer's representative involved, but there was nothing anyone could do but wait. Humberto bugged Trey every week about our car and they finally saw one make it into the system during mid-May. At that point they called and made sure that it was coming to their dealership. Humberto kept an eye on the lot every day looking for the truck to come in with our car on it. In fact, he was driving down the road to lunch when he saw the truck go by. He immediately called us, told us it was in, and we made an appointment to come in and take care of the actual purchase. When we arrived on Saturday, the car was under the awning and Humberto was putting the final detailing touches on it. It looked amazing and Humberto was extremely happy to finally be able to put us in the car we wanted. We took it for a drive and then came back to take care of the paperwork. As we were doing that, Humberto presented my wife with a dozen red roses, the service manager came out and gave us a goodie bag of products including a free oil change, and Trey thanked us profusely for being patient while they found our car. The numbers were fantastic on both the purchase of the new car and the trade-in and required no haggling at all. This was absolutely the best car-buying experience we've ever had and the car is phenomenal! Royal Kia is definitely there to make people happy and provide them with a car-buying experience that is both pleasant and second-to-none. If you're even considering buying a car, go to Royal Kia first. You won't be disappointed. More
I usually don't respond to promotions such as this but,in this instance, I feel compelled to. For the past 25 years I've owned only so called "luxury autos" and then, based upon KIA ratings on the internet, this instance, I feel compelled to. For the past 25 years I've owned only so called "luxury autos" and then, based upon KIA ratings on the internet, I thought I'd try! My KIA Sonrento is as much "luxury" as I'll ever need. If the pricing and quality of the product, which includes service, remains comparable to what it is today, I will never own another brand of vehicle. I'm planning on my next purchase to be an Optima--trading in my (my wife's) Benz for it. The folks at Royal Kia on 22nd in Tucson, AZ are the best. For a low to mid-priced vehicle the folks there run a "class act". PS. I've read and complied with the registration process and have accepted the "Terms of Use", but please don't inundate me with irrelevant e-mails or sales promotions from non-KIA affiliated vendors. As my wife describes this car purchase as the most pleasant car buying transaction that we have ever made. When we visited Royal Kia we were greeted outside by salesman Kevin. Kevin asked us to come inside for a few moments so he could explain information about the dealership. Kevin then shared with us the no hazzle pricing policy and explained that no sales pressure would occur before, during or after a sale.... once we heard this we knew right then we were at the right car dealership. After test driving the Optima we were impressed with the vehicle but were not ready to make a purchase that day due to our agenda for that day was to just take a look at several makes of cars. We told Kevin that if and when we were ready to buy that we would be trading in another vehicle other than the one we drove to the dealership. Kevin wanted us to meet Trey the sales manager before we left. Kevin told Trey that we had a trade but not with us and didn't have time to return home and get the car that same day. Then we heard the unbelievable..... Trey said that is no problem if you don't mind we will come to your house and look at the trade.... well.... of course no problem but we live in Green Valley 30 miles from here. Well end of story two hours later Kevin and Trey met us at our home, accepted our trade and later that afternoon we were driving home in a 2011 Optima. We are still telling that story to many people and like us they are truly amazed that a car dealer would extend that amount of effort in closing a sale. I think we have met and been introduced to just about everyone that we will come in contact with when we return for service and parts. I bought 2011 Kia Forte from Royal Kia on 3/28/11. The three main factors in my purchase decision were--1) Great price, much better than I expected when I walked in; 2) The car itself and had value-added three main factors in my purchase decision were--1) Great price, much better than I expected when I walked in; 2) The car itself and had value-added features that I wanted (car does not look like an "econobox", moon roof, my golf clubs fit in trunk, etc.); and, in particular my Sales Consultant, Kiersten Carrillo. Kiersten is super professional, knowledgeable, helpful, witty, pleasant, friendly, and customer-oriented--not at all the typical stereotype of a pushy, obnoxious car sales rep. She was very thorough and provided detailed explanations throughout the entire sales process from the time she first greeted me to showing me how to work all the gizmos and gadgets on the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. She even has a sense of humor as she laughed at my lame jokes. I am more than happy to strongly endorse my car buying experience with Royal Kia and specifically, Kiersten Carrillo.---Don Modie, Green Valley More
