I started my process on line talking to Jo. In June 2011 I decided I wanted a Kia Soul!. I stopped by one afternoon, Jo was out but Ken showed me a Soul on the floor. He was very nice and handed me over to Kiersten when one of his clients came in. That is how it all started. I was being picky about the color and waited 7 months to eventually get a 2012 Soul! in my 4th (but now 1st) choice of color. I love this car. It was one of the first ! models for 2012 to arrive. Royal Kia knows (I hope) that I think they are great. Jo kept me posted for 7 months on every truck arrival, just in case a car came in that I would want. When it finally arrived and I went to see it, everyone at Royal knew how excited I was and they were excited for me. I cant say I got a great deal but I didnt expect to get one on a car that they would sell to the next person in the door. From the super nice staff, to the roses (a treat when you buy), to the new buyer appreciation dinner, the service, I can not say anything bad. At the dinner I spoke to other new owners and they all felt like I do about Royal Kia. And the cars are excellent too. More
The entire team bent over backwards to get me a car. I was car-less at the time, they picked me up and took me home while I was making my decision. I liked the no haggle deal. Kyle answered all of my questions politely and knowledgeably, kept just the right amount of contact, and handled all of the paperwork and number crunching with proficiency. I have a 2002 Kia Optima and have been dealing with them for 10 years now. I have never had a bad experience with them. My salesman, Jamal was very nice and very helpful. No pressure. The managers that helped out with the financing were also very nice. Again, no pressure. The car I bought had 5,000 miles on it and so had pressure. The managers that helped out with the financing were also very nice. Again, no pressure.
