Upon having arrived at the service drive-up window, I was acknowledged with a very polite and professional greeting from Phil who immediately asked how he could assist. After having stated that I was meeting a family member whose vehicle had been scheduled for service, Phil expeditiously checked his work orders. When he discovered that my family member's vehicle had, in fact, been scheduled for the subsequent day, he took the initiative to research his technicians' workload in order to accommodate the vehicle into the current schedule. Without hesitation, Phil effectuated a team effort to accomplish the work without delay. While the vehicle was being serviced, Phil periodically contacted me with updates regarding the status of the vehicle and, when discrepancies were noted by his technician, he advised me as to the best course of action. Thanks to Phil's initiatives, the work was accomplished in a very timely and professional manner. Lastly, Phil provided me with a detailed estimate for the remaining items which would require attention. Phil sets the standard for others to emulate. MELISSA SHELLEY'S EXCELLENCE We walked over from the Lexus dealership while our practically new Lexus was receiving its 5K service with the thought of trading the Lexus for a Kia We walked over from the Lexus dealership while our practically new Lexus was receiving its 5K service with the thought of trading the Lexus for a Kia Sorento; no, we are not crazy, just wanted to purchase in lieu of the Lexus lease. That is all it took; Melissa took over from there. She is an amazing sales person: smart, efficient, informative. With her skill as a sales person it became obvious to us very quickly she was on top of things; she knows what she is doing and ranks with the best of the best as far as we are concerned. She put together all of the reasons this was a good choice for us and had the deal closed the next day. Melissa's talents will take her far; in my opinion, she needs three promotions right away, maybe even more! We worked with Alex at Lexus and Melissa is right up there on Alex's level. In 2012 I purchased a Kia Soul from Royal and had nothing but a wonderful expierence, with no pressure and a willingness on their part to get me into just the right car for me. Unfortunately on January 8th my Soul was totaled and I was put into the position of having tp purchase another car. My first and only choice of dealership was Royal Kia. First of all I love the Kia cars. Secondly Royal Kia treats you as if your Royalty. Melissa Shelley was my sales rep for this new purchase and spent a couple of hours with me the first day I went in to see what was available, this was before the insurance settlement was made. She kept in touch with me over the next week first of all to see if I was recovering from my injuries and then to let me know she would be available when I was ready to decide on the right car for me. When I called Melissa on the 30th of January telling her about problems with my rental car and asking if she would be available to go over cars with me again that day, she did not hesitate to see me. Melissa even put up with my test driving a wonderful 2014 Sportage for a half hour. I now have my new wheels and met a marvelous woman at the same time, who deals with Drama (mine) without batting an eye. To anyone who is looking for a great car that is made just for you go to Royal Kia and see Melissa or any of the other great sales people there. More
