Hard Working and Determined I really needed a new vehicle because I had my Nissan Altima for 19 years and the maintenance was costing a lot. My credit was “fair” and I knew it wa I really needed a new vehicle because I had my Nissan Altima for 19 years and the maintenance was costing a lot. My credit was “fair” and I knew it was going to be a challenge. I looked up different dealerships online and Royal has the best warranty in Tucson. I went there with my small down payment and lots of expectations of what I wanted and needed. I wasn’t budging on my budget. I knew what I could afford on my income but really wanted a 7 passenger SUV because of my 3 grandkids and a fourth on the way. At Royal Kia I met Bryce. He was confident that he could find me something that I would like. So I drove a Kia Sorento that I loved but the payment came back too high because of my credit. It just wouldn’t work. I was ready to give up but not Bryce! He said that they got in different vehicles every week and he would call me. Sure enough, the next day he called and brought the SUV TO ME for a test drive. I fell in love, was approved in 24 hours on the budget I wanted and picked up my new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander the next day. It has now been 1 month and I still can’t believe that it’s mine. He was able to provide info and show me the car I came to specifically look at with out pressuring me into looking st something out of my price range or a new vehicle. I was able to test drive the vehicle right away and Eli was even able to get me an overnight test drive so I could really make sure this was a vehicle that fit with my lifestyle. Throughout the process he was open and honest about what to expect from financials to warranty details. I came to Royal Kia because my sister purchased a vehicle last year from them and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.
