Charles was a pretty upfront sort of fellow. I appreciated that the "evaluation" process on my trade-in resulted in a small discount to the before-tax price of the Kia Soul I purchased. Especially since the car I brought in would have sold for a comparable price had I decided to sell it on my own. Also appreciated: all the insurance-related stuff and the filing of a "vehicle sold" notice on the old car with Arizona's MVD.... all was handled that same afternoon. More

I told him exactly what I wanted & he made sure to send me an "inventory list" of all their Kia Souls in stock. I then went in the next day to test drive it which was super fun made me feel comfortable (not awkward driving with a stranger) haha! & answered all my questions about the car, he has lots of knowledge about cars!! & 3 hours later I was driving out the lot in my new 2016 Kia Soul!! Most fun I've ever had buying a car Everett was great! I've had some terrible experiences buying a car so I was apprehensive at first but Everett showed that he really cared about me, my Everett was great! He took the time and asked questions to determine which car would be the best fit for me and my family, not just trying to talk me into the most expensive vehicle like other dealerships have. He was not only focused on what would suit us best, he was funny! He put us completely at ease with his humor and that allowed us to actually enjoy the experience. I would recommend Everett to anyone and will certainly be going back to him when it's time to replace my other vehicle. More
